Assistant manager. Duties included managing employees and all personnel decisions, marketing, and inventory. Handled cost analysis on product movement, limited inventory, reduced cost and waste, and increased profitability. Created menus, seasonal products, and special orders based on clientele demand. Handled event coordination, promoting new drinks and increasing sales. Projected sales and doubled revenue in less than a year. Selected “Best of the Best Coffee Shop in Parker” for 2002.
